About Kathleen
Kathleen Anders, although originally from the Midwest, moved to Tampa over 55 years ago. Having seen the growth and change in and around the Tampa Bay area firsthand, she considers herself a Tampa native. It is undoubtedly her experience and familiarity with the area that allows her to acquaint her clients with the various personalities and amenities of the local neighborhoods. Kathleen studied education in college and since then has filled several professional positions, including work in banking, the state government, and entrepreneur sales and marketing. It is her 45+ years of sales and marketing experience that gives her and her clients access to a wide network of professionals and an impressive stock of knowledge—valuable commodities in the world of buying and selling homes. Kathleen began working in real estate in 2003, and she became a top agent in the area soon after. She has been involved with professional mentoring and taught classes to new real estate professionals—it is quite evident that Kathleen has been a strong, dependable resource for others. She joined the amazing Smith & Associates 10 years ago and has never looked back.
